Nope, no questions needed - if claim forms were not properly served, that's the fault of the claims in failing to take enough steps to find out the person's address where they could conveniently be reached.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

You have missed the point CM, my argument revolves around dispersal of public funds,. OP has been less than scupulous ib the way he/she has conducted themselves in these matters. Imo he/she does not deserve a handout from my eye watering taxes. You never know how far you can go until you go too far.0

No. The courts have already told you they want paid 3 times to do this. 3 x £100.IloveElephants said:
Thanks Henrik for the idea, so if I tick on the form without hearing I can simply attach a cheque for £100 and list all 3 ccjs from the same carpark company? That sounds like a good idea. What is the down side without hearing v hearing?henrik777 said:You'd be better off doing 3 x without a hearing @ £100 than less than 3 @ £255 each.
Not a fan of without hearing applications unless consented but better to try and clear the lot than half a job.
1 application per ccj.4 -

You don't get a chance to adjust if you forget something or clarify anything the court doesn't get. If it ain't in the paperwork it's no use. Also it's easy to overlook an important detail if someone isn't ramming it home.

3 x £100 - or nothing if you qualify for help with fees...PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

If the court agrees on all 3 that your cpr 13.2 argument is correct it is fine. (though very slow)IloveElephants said:
Hi Henrik, Yes but at this stage I cannot throw money like this, I would be happy to do 1 ccj at a time £100 then if it works then submit a second application and enclose £100 and third etc.. because I currently am out of employment. What do you think? 1 at a timehenrik777 said:

1 application per ccj.
However, on the 2nd and 3rd you are effectively giving away any chance under cpr 13.3, should cpr 13.2 fail, as there is a requirement for the court to consider whether you acted promptly under 13.3 but not 13.2.
I'm not in favour of without a hearing or doing them individually, but if it's all you have it's all you have.2 -
OP - can you please listen
If you get help with fees, you might have to pay £0 in total. For all 3 set asides.
So, go and check. It will take you about 10 minutes.
You're flailing around this topic. Stop. Do this systematically.4 -

- It is the matter in which you have conducted yourself to which I refer. IMO, people who behave in a responsible manner do not attract five CCJs. As Nos says above, you need to focus on the important.

Already addressed the issue of remission.IloveElephants said:
Thanks lee kirk, my job ended a few weeks ago, im back in my home town looking after my grandfather, I do not qualify for help as I have savings over 3k. These parking companies have caused misery to everyone. For exceeding 20 minutes in my case.Le_Kirk said:
Depends if you want to obtain credit/mortgage/telephone/broadband contract. If a credit supplier/bank looks at credit records and states "yes we will give credit, he/she has only one CCJ" then you are fine. I doubt that is how it works. Do you qualify for help with fees? If you get all three set-asides and are able to defend the original claim, you should get all your fees repaid.IloveElephants said:
Thanks for your comment, yes at this stage even If I remove 1 ccj its one less than at least. Does that make sense? 2 ccjs is better than 3 right?Le_Kirk said:On 8th June @Coupon-mad posted that she didn't think the court would like one fee for three CCJs so you might have been expecting that. If you are successful in having two CCJs removed, you still have one on your credit record - is that acceptable to you?2
