On 8th June @Coupon-mad posted that she didn't think the court would like one fee for three CCJs so you might have been expecting that.  If you are successful in having two CCJs removed, you still have one on your credit record - is that acceptable to you?

Being hung for a sheep rather than a lamb means you still end up dead!  @Le_Kirk's point is well made.

Your credit score is almost as screwed with 1 CCJ as 3.

Thanks for your comment, yes at this stage even If I remove 1 ccj its one less than at least. Does that make sense? 2 ccjs is better than 3 right?
Depends if you want to obtain credit/mortgage/telephone/broadband contract.  If a credit supplier/bank looks at credit records and states "yes we will give credit, he/she has only one CCJ" then you are fine.  I doubt that is how it works.  Do you qualify for help with fees?  If you get all three set-asides and are able to defend the original claim, you should get all your fees repaid.

Hi so what are you suggesting that im wasting my time?
You're going to spend £510 to attempt 2 x set asides, but with one CCJ still in place I'm not sure whether your credit rating will improve one iota. At best a Pyrrhic victory.

The OP says they might qualify for help with fees.  They need to check the criteria from Auntie Google.

    You'd be better off doing 3 x without a hearing @ £100 than less than 3 @ £255 each.

Not a fan of without hearing applications unless consented but better to try and clear the lot than half a job.

    Thanks,
are you sure? so it makes no difference if I have 6 ccjs or 1 its all the same?
I said almost for a reason!
    say 500 is  agood score
A single CCJ might drop it to 100
    A second to 90
    and so on....

As the OP's job has ended, now (in between jobs) is surely the time to put in N244s for ALL the CCJs, because there's nothing to lose and no fee to pay, if they are not above the savings rules and qualify now for help with fees?  Seize the moment!

Surely, with that many CCJs questions are likely to be asked before public money is forthcoming.
