Hi Everyone, I have attached a copy of the letter that arrived on Monday from Northampton business centre, it was 2 pages, the first page was just a copy of my set aside with the claimants signature and next to it my signature and name. the next page is the following, I have cropped out my personal information at the top of the letter. Thank you everyone0

Do you have a question? (That scan is very blurry - hard to read).
If you're asking what it means - it means the court has made an order, and that either party can seek to set aside or vary that order. We can't tell you what the order means as you haven't shown it. (The annex that is mentioned).Jenni x5 -
It's a strange one as I'd expect it to say that the CCJ is hereby set aside as they have granted the application.
I'd ring the CCBC next week and ask if this means that the CCJ is indeed set aside and will be removed from the record.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I will email and call the CCBC to find out what it means, I have not received any more letters so wondering what happens now with this particular CCJ. Thank You2 -
Hi,
I have received an update on my CCJGood afternoon
Court staff are not legally trained and cannot instruct you as the Consent Order was between you and the claimant.
I can confirm the Legal Advisor set aside your judgment and the Registry Trust would have been notified but it is up to them to inform all the credit reference agencies that this has been set aside.
So my next step is do I contact the Registry Trust and pay them £6 to check if this particular CCJ has been removed?
Thank You everyone especially Coupon-Mad
