    Yes ask both.

It could be difficult if you essentially had no address though.
Thanks Henrik, this is thing, I never had a second or alternative registered address.

Worse case scenario if I make contact with excel and ukpc and ask them to offer me a deal to pay in full would they offer this? If I get it marked as satisfied would it ruin my chances of getting a mortgage

Maybe, they're greedy so if they're getting money they could agree to set aside. It's going to cost a fortune but it might be a smaller fortune than a messy credit rating would be on a mortgage interest rate if you even get it.

Satisfied on that many i'd imagine = no mortgage.
  • Hi,
I have received a letter from excel parking for a ccj that is on my credit file since 2019,

the letter says as a gesture of goodwill they are willing to make a without prejudice offer of £130 in full and final settlement of the judgement before the case is passed to bailiffs to recover.

should I wish to remove the judgement they would be willing to draft a consent order once the above payment has been made agreeing for judgement to be set aside. i need to make an application to the court and include the consent order. If i wish to take advantage of this offer please transfer the balance of £130 to the bank details below making sure to include the reference

Please advise me further how I can remove this ccj or is this a scam by excel to trick me into paying ? Thank you

There seems to be a number of your posts removed from this thread - why?  It doesn't make that much sense any more. Is this CCJ for Excel one of the previously mentioned, or is it additional to the other ones?
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Hi Umkomaas, removed due to being duplicate posts and to make the thread more to the point.  Ye this ccj is from excel for one of the previously mentioned. It is not an additional, thank you

It sounds genuine so write back and say you do wish to agree a consent order but for all the CCJs (list them).

Given that they filed more than one claim instead of a single claim for these PCNs, this was an abuse of process and contrary to the overriding objective and will cost you more than one N244 application fee that could and should have been just one x £100 to set aside one CCJ. As such, given this was their error and has put you to more cost, what is their offer to settle and consent to all the CCJs being set aside and/or will they agree to meet the cost of part of the court fees to resolve this justly.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Hi Coupon-mad, thank you for your response.

yes 3 out of my 4 ccjs are from this parking company, I will ask them what is their offer to settle and consent to all CCJs being set aside and will they agree to meet the cost or part of the court fees to resolve this justly.

Shall I email them or call them or both?
