In which case 3x£100 might be the way to go.2

You'll need a written argument without a hearing.4 -
You really, truly run the risk of the court not accepting any further set asides from you as you will have taken too long.
If youre going to go down this route, I would highly suggest 3x£100, and ask that the same judge reviews each application together, as the reasons for set aside are substantially the same in each
As noted above you will not be presenting your set aside in person, so therefore you need to present a written argument, on top of your set aside witness statement.
You should already have the latter written, given how long you have spend on this already?2 -
from a maths point of view ....your savings are currently earning about zero %£ .using £300 now still leaves you with a decent £2700. If you don't overturn all CCJ's then in 6 months ... 1 year ... 5years 11 months time, you apply for a loan ... new phone ... car ... mortgage ....Then if you get the loan .... if .... because you still have one or more CCJ's against your name , the % rate will be far higher then it would be with a clean credit rating. So spending £300 now will in all likelihood save you more that £300 over the next 6 years.Ralph3

Apart from having the CCJ removed, what other benefit(s) do you anticipate getting from its removal? Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

As above. Fighting 1 CCJ may allow you to get 1 CCJ removed. That will still leave you with 2 CCJs on file ... 3 CCJs are unlikely to make you appear worse than 2 CCJs when applying for finance, so your decision should be Fight Them All or don't bother fighting any - fighting only 1 is a fool's errand.4

They are fighting 1 at a time. If they win they move to number 2.
Not great but i understand their way of thinking.3 -
I understand what they're doing and why ... I just don't think it is going to do them any good, and I also suspect the 2nd and 3rd CCJ set-asides may be rejected as they weren't addressed in reasonable time - after all the OP will have known about them for a long time before applying for the set-asides. (I'll accept that I don't know if £100 uncontested set-asides are considered differently).2

I get it, but they cannot use CPR13.3 reasons in future applications.
Its halving chances, and we've never seen a CPR13.3 application made in good time refused.2 -
