If this is that bone of contention on here about whether the word takes an "e" or not, it does not matter.  Some say it does, and some say it does not.

FWIIW, my former  employer, The Foreign Office, favoured , nay insisted, that it was spelled with an "e".  I hope that there is no more dispute about this.

I will leave it to the experts but should not the WS be consistent  -  i.e. title of WS says  "DEFAULT JUDGMENT"

Yes as long as it ends with this (it is June not July):
I believe that the facts stated in this witness statement are true. I understand that proceedings for contempt of court may be brought against anyone who makes, or causes to be made, a false statement in a document verified by a statement of truth without an honest belief in its truth.

    Yep, get it applied for.

Can't promise the court will like one fee for 3 CCJs but the wording tries to overcome that on proportionality and 'cause of action estoppel' grounds - i.e. that it should have been one claim all along.

    IT IS ORDERED that:
    1. The default judgment dated [8th June 2020]
    be set aside.

The above date is wrong.  There are 3 default CCJs and none of them were dated 8th June.

Notwithstanding what @Coupon-mad wrote, the rest of it looks like a standard six-point draft order.  You leave all other dates blank for the judge to complete.  If you want you could put DD/MM/YYYY.

Thank you Coupon-Mad, yes it should read
    T IS ORDERED that:
    1. The default judgment dated  1st March 2019    12th January 2020     12th January 2020
    Shouldn't that be
    IT IS ORDERED that:
    1. The default judgments dated 1st March 2019, 12th January 2020 &12th January 2020
