They are supposidly the Premier Partner for Vodafone... WHO ..says I... all calls are recorded blah blah... says he. Yes but WHO are you ..says I... terms and conditions blah blah... says he.. Yes but WHO are you... says I... Premier Partner for Vodafone ..says he... not interested ..says I... can I call you later.. says he... you can try ..says I ... we can offer you £70 direct into your account... says he... (that made me suspicious) he says he'll call again... after 6 and hung up
This is the 4th call in as many days, I dont normally answer but as I'm looking for a new job it might just be an agency, so I answered the call today.... doooo nooot do that again ...says I
when the guy calls again as they will, I'll tell him to get lost.
I have had my Vodafone account for ages, I like my phone, I like my tarif it suits me... I dont have to renew if I dont want to it will just keep rolling...
I'll renew if I need to directly will be my answer from now on... I dont have time to change I'm a bit busy right now with living my life
But WHY do they have my Number VODAFONE....
WHY are they Contacting Me VODAFONE?
Can you answer that for me please VODAFONE0 -
Thank you Lee of Vodafone, I have sent you an email.
To everyone else, I have sent a very long email to the complaints department. One thing I did do was to contact One Com via their 'Ticket' question procedure from the start so I do have some things in print.I will keep you all posted!0 -
So far, I have just had an email from Vodafone to say they have received my initial contact email and nothing since. Had an explaination from One Com. Offered to repay me one months line rental, being the amount we 'verbally' agreed and NOT the amount I actual paid via c/c to stop the business line and mine being cut off and would I send my d/d details again so they can get it right! Oh and just an apology for the inconvenience!!!
The explanation for the over charge is because its a 31 day month......yeah right....that's why one contract on my Vodafone web site account is showing at the agreed amount and the other isn't.
Anyway, I have now requested, under the Data Protection Act 1998, the recording of the initial phone call not just the verification one.0 -

Firstly,ConsumerGuy0016, received your message. Tried to reply but can't, so can't keep you up up dated privately.
I received all three of my 'recorded' phone conversations from One Com. Listened to all three, listed several of their 'claims' and did some checking up.
Sent a very long email into the complaints department detailing some of the false claims. I then received an email informing me that my complaint was to be passed to a managing director and asked what I would like to be the out come. My answer was to 'go back' to where I was before One Com rang me.
Last Thursday 26th Feb I received an email stating 'we have agreed to release you from the contracts that where setup for you without charge.'
Result!!
I am just waiting for One Com to give me an expected time scale for them receiving a copy of Vodafones final bill from me to them sending payment to me. Once I have received that information I will feel confident in requesting my PAC numbers.
Thank you to all who have helped with suggestions of where to find advice etc.
I will report when it is finally over!0 -

Another up date.
When One Com called and signed me up there was 30 days free insurance for the phones. I immediately declined it. I also requested twice in writing that this be cancelled.
Just gone through my bank statement to see 2 payments have been taken out for the phone insurance!!!!
Never received any official notification as stated in the Direct Debit Guarantee. Have been in touch and been told the money will be refunded!
And then to add insult to injury, One Com have just sent a text and email welcoming me to One Com!!
Hopefully, by the end of this weekend I will no longer be with Vodafone or One Com and once One Com have paid me back the termination fee, this will be going to the Ombudsman and anyone else I can think of!!
I do wonder how many more people have just accepted One Com because of the hassle and time it takes to get things right???
Vodafone should be investigating!0
