Lee, my dad has not been contacted in over a week regarding the termination of the new contract with OneCom. This is unacceptable. the phone and tablet still remain sealed within the original delivery package unopened.

Furthermore, his client account manager Nathan, continues to refuses his calls.

Poor. Very Poor.

Email executives@onecom.co.uk. Don't just rely on Vodafone to help you, they do not care in the slightest!

I was scammed by OneCom. They sold me a free phone, and free contract (£13, to which they put the money in my account every month). Cool! I thought.

One snag, I said that as I already had a contract with Vodafone I didn't want OneCom to manage any part of it at all, they promised they wouldn't. Low and behold they did. After days and days of being on the phone to them and Vodafone and basically being fobbed off I demanded a transfer of ownership. OneCom agreed and the handset was sent back off to them.

I'm just waiting for Vodafone to get their a***s into gear and process the transfer of ownership and return my original number back to Vodafone management.

Attack the issue from all sides
• Hi all

Contact Voda and ask if they simply can take you back and allow you upgrading.

If not, then cancel the old contract and get a new one with Voda (or any other network) directly as a new customer. If it's Voda and you want to keep your number you will have to port it in two steps via another mobile network.

I am still waiting for OneCom to transfer admin of my account back to Voda. Basically they called me up offering me a free phone and free line rental etc. I said I'd have it as long as they left the account management of my original Vodafone handset with Vodafone. They said they would, but didn't.

Contact OneCom and tell them that you want to transfer the account management back to Vodafone for them to deal with. They won't be happy about doing it, but be persistent!

Hi Lee,

Thanks! I had an email off OneCom this morning confirming that the contract they sold me has been transferred back to them. So just waiting for account management to be transferred back to you guys now
• Vodafone and its seemingly shady partners

Unfortunately, I too was, as good as, scammed into a 36 month contract with Onecom under the misunderstood 'no cooling off'
business contract.
More unfortunately, many people have been caught by this trick.
Most unfortunately is that Vodafone recently awarded Onecom a prestigious partner award, and so, this misleading marketing practice continues.
I would like a response from Vodafone, as I am now fedup with paying my exorbitant contract monthly payment and want out.

• Hi everyone i am getting so frustrated and would be grateful of any help…

about 6 weeks ago i started to have signal issues at home, i called vodafone and automatically get put through to one com as i now regretfully signed my life over to them. They to date have still not resolved my issue but have been so difficult and made me jump through hoops. I have followed everything they have asked me to do from rebooting the phone backing up and re installing updating getting a new sim card etc etc and still have no signal

they are very poor at returning calls or answering them for that matter. I have been with vodafone for many years and until now things have been fine, Now it seems i cannot talk to vodafone direct.

I have noticed on other forums that i am not the only one having the signal issue and it may be down to them boosting the 3g signal so why am i being asked over a period of 6 weeks to perform meaningless tasks when they are aware of an issue

i work from home and as such it is hugely important to me to be able to have a working phone as i have missed calls dropped calls missed voicemails texts not sent or received etc etc

today i flipped and requested cancelation with one com which they have advised will cost me £140.00

Please please Help me
