Hi Lee, have just emailed you again as have heard nothing since our phone call, from either vodafone or onecom. The phone is sat in the original packaging, not even opened the bag it arrived in, and I'd like to know what's happening ASAP please

I have just fallen for this too. Convinced me over the phone to sign up to a mifi device & free ipad mini. When we got the end they wanted my bank details. I refused to give these to someone over the phone that had called me.
I was told I'd get emails & text messages with all the contract details etc, nothing has arrived. I presumed as not provided the bank details & not received the contract details that nothing had gone through.
Today there was a package left with a neighbour of an iPad. I now can't find any addresses/email details to cancel the contract & send back the goods.
I do know they said I had a 7 day cooling off period so need to sort th is soon. Can anyone help?0 -

First time poster and this is something that I do not usually do. However, I felt compelled to contribute to this thread as I am very disappointed at the conduct of OneCom's staff.
My dad is currently a business account holder with OneCom and I returned from work on Monday evening to be greeted by him to tell me that he was to receive a Ipad mini and a brand new mobile phone as a "reward" for his loyalty to OneCom as a "one time special offer" for their most valued clients.
The following day he tried to cancel only to be told that the contract cannot be cancelled as the phone is now "active", even when neither device has been opened from the original delivery package. Furthermore, his account manager has not been in contact with my dad since the deal was struck, despite assurances that this would occur.
The whole experience has left him feeling powerless and the victim of a premeditated scam by a company that supposedly valued his continued business, hardly great customer service from OneCom.0 -

Lee, my dad has not been contacted in over a week regarding the termination of the new contract with OneCom. This is unacceptable. the phone and tablet still remain sealed within the original delivery package unopened.
Furthermore, his client account manager Nathan, continues to refuses his calls.
