Hi Silk - thanks for the reply - we did get a text with the PAC information and it did state that it was only valid for the next 30 days, but as we weren't using it, we just disregarded it.
Any ideas on the other issues?
Thanks.0 -

I had hoped that, following on from my previous posts and having spoken to Lee who informed me that he had authorised an early termination of my contract, that would be the end of the matter. Of course that was rather too optimistic.
(1) Two further direct debits have been taken from my account - why is this?
(2) There has still been no explanation as to whereabouts of the £50 that OneCom say they have sent me as a 'loyalty payment'. After
lengthy telephone calls and email exhanges they still maintain they have sent it and it has been cashed even though I have sent them
proof (bank statements) that I have not paid in any money from them. They said their Finance Team would put a trace on the cheque
to see where it had been cashed. It's no surprise that I have not heard anything since.
My advice to anyone dealing with mobile phone providers would be to never renew a contract over the telephone because they always manange to catch you off guard. Go into a shop when you are at least prepared for a business transaction and not in the middle multi tasking between hoovering, sorting out fighting children and trying to rescue a burning cake from the oven! Although if you are reading this on a forum, my guess is it is already too late ......0 -
Hi Hevinlosty,
Thanks for your time on Friday.
As soon as there's further news regarding your cheque, I'll let you know.
Kind regards,

Hi Lee
I have now received an invoice from Vodafone for over £70 for early termination of contract. Why would I pay more money to Vodafone whilst the mystery of the missing cheque from OneCom remains unresolved and they have failed to contact me within the agreed timescale? Please not I do not authorise any money to be debited from my account.
I would rather not have to have these discussions via a forum but it would appear to be the only method that gets any response.
