‘Voucher’ requested 30 April, received 29 June via email from the Customer Services Team (CST) and not via My Bookings. The email doesn’t explain why it's necessary to contact the CST, or how to do it (the link given for contact just goes to the general Help page).  The number 0330 365 5000 can eventually be found, but waiting times are apparently over 2 hours at present.

The current T&Cs promise as ‘extras’ £5 per passenger: my booking had 4 passengers but I am getting £10 only.

I assume vouchers don’t have to be used with all the original passengers travelling again? The T&Cs don’t mention this. Not that it's practicable to actually use the 'voucher' anyway: it's worth nothing if it isn't reasonably straightforward to redeem. I also requested a refund once the flight was cancelled in mid-May.

I'm in the situation of my flight to majorca cancelled on 11th July, but my return flight is still going ahead on 21st July. There is no flights even available to get there, it seems the 21st is one of the first flights. Help I don't know my rights and can't find any contact details for easyjet.....dont want a voucher, just my money back!
Your rights were explained in the post immediately before yours, their website eventually presents you with a refund option if you persist past all their preferred choices.

My flights were cancelled on 13th May and 22nd May so I hope that they refund soon as I need the money to book a holiday in the UK.
Has anyone else had a refund?
    Thanks

Has anyone managed to contact Easyjet? I am due to fly last week in August to a wedding in France that has been cancelled. So no longer want to go. Easyjet flights (which were return leg only) cost me £750, I know I can switch the flights and book elsewhere online, but I can only book outbound or return flights not both. Also all the flights are less than half price, so I would be losing hundreds of pounds. Has anyone had any luck getting a credit note for flights which have yet to be cancelled, as I am sure these will go ahead. Tried calling, emailing and messanger you just can't speak to anyone? Prefer not to lose this money if possible

No. I've called about 10 times, most times I get the "we're too busy go away" message. Three times I got into the queue but after more than one hour of waiting and the call not being answered, I gave up.

I am in the situation (as others here) where my flights were amended by Easyjet to depart on a different day, from a different airport at a different time. The flight number is different so obviously the flight I booked is cancelled but EasyJet are trying to make out it's an amendment so I don't have the "Manage disruption" option, only to move to a different route or date and pay any difference in price (which I don't want). I filled in their refund form anyway but I am worried they will try and claim I was a "no show" to the amended flight, despite amending it without my agreement and being impossible to contact since. I did use their email form to make it clear I didn't agree to change, so I have a record if Easyjet try to claim otherwise.

I have already gone down the credit card route for a flight I had booked for May that we cancelled because I never got a refund so I think I'll try that again for this booking if I don't get any contact from Easyjet in 28 days (or refund).

    Just for info:
I was due to fly on 24 May.  I cancelled on 12 May after Easyjet emailed to say the flight was cancelled.  Got an email today saying that my refund was going back onto my credit card (it hasn't yet though).  That's 7 weeks in total

Hi, did both your inbound and outbound get cancelled and you got a refund or just one? I’ve had my outbound cancelled but inbound is still showing as active, I’d hope if one flight is cancelled then they refund both legs

The refund for my inbound on 24/05/20 (outbound was with Ryanair, I did chargeback for that) has been processed and is to credit my Visa account. I got an email at 23:46 last night.
This site has saved me a fortune :money: ...it's also cost me a fortune!

Refund requested on 15 May following cancellation of outbound flight (for outbound flight on 24 May and inbound flight on 29 May). Email received yesterday night that refund being processed. Not showing on credit card as yet, but i think that is normally a couple of days after the email.
