Easyjet cancellations and refunds

Hi please can someone help with my query - I have domestic return flights with Easyjet from Edinburgh to London Gatwick booked for 11 April returning 30 April (flights only). Under Coronavirus restrictions in Scotland we cannot travel anywhere in the UK unless it is an essential journey. This situation will not change until by the time we are due to fly. I contacted Easyjet and was advised that all I can do is to change our flights to new dates. I asked if I could have a credit note but was advised no as they may still operate the flights if they get enough passengers. The hotel we had booked has cancelled our booking and returned our payment. Is Easyjet's position correct or should we be entitled to a credit note or full refund given that under Scottish Government guidelines it is illegal to travel. Any help or guidance is much appreciated. Thank you0

It is not illegal to travel if you have a valid reason. However they have been cancelling flights on a daily basis if you check backwards. Best to wait and be patient.0

Hi everyone, I have a flight with easyjet from Las Palmas to Luton, the UK government website clearly says that certain Antigen tests are accepted but a friend of mine was denied boarding because they insisted on a PCR test.
Has anyone had similar experiences or had Antigen tests accepted?0 -
the key here is the performance standards
"The test must meet performance standards of ≥97% specificity, ≥80% sensitivity at viral loads above 100,000 copies/ml."
it does state that this 'could' include an antigen test
"It’s your responsibility to ensure the test meets the minimum standards for sensitivity, specificity and viral load details. You must check with your test provider that it meets those standards."
https://www.gov.uk/guidance/coronavirus-covid-19-testing-for-people-travelling-to-england
The EasyJet site does not mention PCR tests specifically. If the friend had a test that met the standards and had booked and paid for the travel test package (for testing on day 2 and 8) they may well have been incorrectly denied boarding

Excuse the daft question, but is my booking reference to request a refund the one starting Kxxxxxx? I ask as I've already tried to obtain a refund, they tell me I've used the wrong reference number, but I'm convinced this is the reference I originally used (have confirmed via original booking email and credit card statement).
My flight has been rescheduled (hence refund an option), but will the booking reference change because of this? I see no evidence of this from email correspondence, but thought I'd check0
