7 days in these circumstances? I didn't know Easyjet employed Superman and Marvo the Magician.insert_random_name_here said:
It was and still is by law set at 7 daysConsumerPSW said:Quick question, does anyone know what the refund time limit was for cancelled flights before Covid19?
I'm don't think anyone is expecting Easyjet to be able to refund in 7 days. I was however interested in seeing their expectations and justification as to why they can break (T&C's / laws) because of Covid19 yet they don't appear to have any appreciation towards customers who also have been affected, but still want them to abide to the T&C's.0 -
So my BRS-NCL-BRS flights in three weeks time are now non-existent on the website (i.e. no longer showing, no longer showing at "sold out"). Would I be right to assume a cancellation notice will follow shortly from EasyJet?0

No it may not be cancelled as my flight does not show but I’m checked in hoping that I can finally return to the U.K. if not and it is cancelled I will have to go through the system again and change my flight yet again until I can return home.1

Now there's a coincidence, I request a chargeback and lo and behold easyjet then send me an email today stating that they have processed my refund. On my booking page its records, '28/06/2020 Credit Shell *******Call Centre' followed by, '28/06/2020 Visa *******Refund'. I wonder what the Credit Shell Call Centre is and whether this relates to my bank having contacted them directly? Either way it seems a chargeback has sharpened the response....Intenso said:Just spoke to HSBC chargeback team who have agreed to refund me the ticket price within 2-3 days

I requested a chargeback a few weeks ago via natwest and got an email the other day asking for t&c’s, receipts and all correspondence with easyJet before they will look at processing the chargeback. I am just going to give easyjet a bit longer to process the refund before i pursue natwest and they seem to be making it difficult to go through chargeback. I think it was approx 22nd may i requested the refund so hopefully they're getting near to my date now.Mortgage started August 2020 £69,700

The credit shell is internal Easyjet speak for moving the booking from paid status to refund processed stage. It should take 2 days for it to show back on your CC...Intenso said:

Looked back through my emails. My request went in the 18th. I could do with the money asap but there doesn't seem to be any quicker option of getting itTharweb said:
