We were due to fly to Tivat on Saturday, this was cancelled on 30 April and we have requested a refund. Waiting to see how that progresses. They have not cancelled the return flight however on 8 July and are emailing me expecting us still to make this flight?! Surely if your flight out is cancelled they don't expect you to make the return flight?!0

Hello, I have tried to find answers to similar scenarios on here but no luck, so wondering if anyone can offer any advice please? I have return flights for 6 people booked from Luton to Faro at the end of July, they were quite expensive. We have no intention of going now and have moved our villa booking back year. While flights around this time are showing as sold out it appears that my flights will go ahead. I cant rebook for a later date because of school holiday restrictions and it looks like the July 2021 flights we need won't be released until August. Obviously I have been trying to contact Eastjet with no luck. As far as I can tell, if I cancel I will lose all the money except maybe a small refund on taxes, so obviously I wish to avoid this. Anyone know what I can do? Would it be crazy to change the booking for another set of flights we have no intention of using, then change them again when July 2021 schedule is released? Or can you only change them once? Also slightly nervous as read on here some people have been charged again when changing to new flights! Help please?! First time we've booked a non package holiday and it's all gone wrong....

BRS-NCL return flights in mid-July currently showing sold out, so I'm expecting the cancellation notification any day now...
My question is to EasyJet Plus and/or Flight Club members. I am a frequent flyer with both memberships. Has either or both of these made any material difference to your cancellation refund experience?0 -
I am a flight club member and used that phone number to call them. It was answered more or less straight away however it has made no difference to the speed of my refund......1

Just reading the last few pages and it looks as though I've been waiting a lot longer than some for my refund.
My April flight to Milan was cancelled mid march, and at the time, it was possible to request a full refund on the website, which I immediately did. However, I'm still waiting for it and the website still shows"request being processed".
Just wondered if others were in the same boat.0 -
Have you tried to go through the Airline Dispute Resolution procedure -
https: www.aviationadr.org.uk completing-the-form-eu
. It covers Easyjet and I got a full refund in cash for a "non-refundable" cancelled KLM flight scheduled to depart in mid April. It takes a bit of time, and for me KLM continued to complain but did pay up when the compliant went to the arbitrator.

We got an email from easyjet a few weeks ago offering a voucher for our flight due to peoples travel worries etc. There was no reference to flight cancellation or anything. We had until midnight tonight to respond. We replied at 6pm.We have since found out through friends (about 10pm) that the flight is showing as cancelled on the easyjet app and on the ‘manage my booking’ part of the easyjet website. But they have not emailed us to inform us of this cancellation. Nor can we request a refund via the ‘manage my booking’ section. We do not know for how long this flight has been cancelled, obviously because we have not officially been made aware of that by easyjet.I have since emailed them asking to retract our earlier email as we feel we have not been fully informed. This was done prior to the midnight deadline that was set and I assume the voucher request would not have been processed between 6pm and 11pm, when I sent the retracting email when I was fully aware of the facts.I plan to phone them tomorrow.Has anyone else faced this scenario? Surely I am still entitled to a refund or have I technically already accepted the voucher? I feel slightly cheated!0

I booked 4 tickets in December to spain with easyjet. The flight departs on 21st July. We dont want to travel due to the corona virus. Easyjet have emailed me 2 days ago and have said my flight has been cancelled, they have refunded me the £45.00 for the seats I have booked and changed my flight to the same day but different time. I am hoping this flight also gets cancelled. I know if the flight doesnt get cancelled I will loose my money except the goverment taxes. Does anybody know roughly how much the goverment taxes total on flights that cost £925.00. (Just trying to workout what my total loss will be) I requested a breakdown of the costs from easyjet but have heard absolutely nothing from them. Also the baggage costs were about £175.00, does anybody know if it's possible to cancel the baggage and get this money refunded if the flight is going to go ahead. Any feedback really appreciated.
