Easyjet cancellations and refunds

Hi all.
Sorry if this has been covered elsewhere, but I'm trying to get a voucher for my easyjet summer hols flights x 4 in August to Palma (so far not cancelled, but apparently 'sold out') that we don't want to use due to Covid. The voucher request page seems to have conveniently disappeared from their website. There's the promise of the below but the links just take me to my existing booking and not a page where I can request a voucher.
I feel stuck in a bind because I don't know for certain if the flights are cancelled (and might not find out until seven days before the departure date), and will lose the chance to change the dates for free 14 days before flying (the summer 2021 flights aren't on sale until August as well apparently).
Thanks for any help!
"Many of our customers are choosing not to wait, instead opting for a flight voucher which can be automatically issued for the full value of your booking. We’re giving easyJet travellers the chance to upgrade your future trip with your choice of an ‘extra from easyJet’. To give you time to plan your next trip your voucher and an ‘extra from easyJet’ will be valid for a whole year. This means you can redeem it for travel right through to at least the end of Summer 2021.After requesting your voucher, you will be able to pick your choice from the list below:
- £50 towards your holiday with easyJet holidays.
- £5 easyJet Flight voucher - £5 extra per passenger per flight.
- £5 to spend on anything from our delicious inflight food and drink menu."

Firstly, apologies if this has already been covered!
I have return Easyjet flights booked to Bordeaux for the 28th June.
Easyjet wont refund unless flights are cancelled but now when I look at the flight it's showing that it's sold out - even though it's clearly not (as I can change our seats over a nearly empty looking plane).
Is this an indicator that the flights not viable and will be cancelled.
Many thanks0 -

I have had my cancellation for outgoing flights on 23 June and followed link to refund page. Could not go with voucher as it was 9 family members for a wedding that was cancelled. I recieved the cancellation reference booking email so was assuming all ok happy to wait 28 - 90 days to get it. I assumed that whole booking would be cancelled including return trips. Then today recieved an email to say the return trip flight times have changed on my booking they are still live. Will they automatically be cancelled/refunded given that we could not get out to our destination?0

Hello, I requested a voucher for my cancelled flights from EasyJet. I have received a voucher which seems to be for the value of the flights, seat booking and aviation fees. It looks as though I haven’t been refunded for my luggage booking and admin fee which amounts to just over £200, I can’t find anything on their website with regards to this, as in is this a mistake or am I only entitled to a refund for the flights not the luggage booking? I have tried emailing them, messaging them through facebook, and twitter but to no avail. Any help/advice would be much appreciated. Thank you0

I've gone a good few pages back through this monster thread and can't see anything that quite matches my question.
Easyjet sent me an email today about my flight a month away, offering me vouchers if I want them. We've long since accepted we're not going and we're likely to travel with them in the next year anyway so... any reason I shouldn't take them up?
Basically, are there any real gotchas which make taking vouchers a bad idea? The flights were dead cheap so I'm not really all too worried about getting my money back in the short term.0
