Just received a full refund on my credit card for a flight to Greece on June 29th without asking for it and with no offer of a voucher or a change of flight dates. But no email received yet. After all the other stories on this thread I'm surprised, confused but very delighted with Easyjet.0

Has anyone actually received their vouchers yet? My sister has been offered them and, as with others, has to accepted by 16th June, her holiday as booked for 9th July.
Her issue is she works in a school so can only take holidays July and August.
Can anyone that has received it confirm if its from the date their original date of travel? If its a year from 16th June she doesn't want to accept it as she always takes her holidays in July if that makes sense!0 -
Hi, we have a package holiday booked for August 2020, the flight element of the holiday is with EasyJet, due to the current situation we want to move our holiday to August 2021, our holiday supplier is telling us that Easy jet has not released any flights past May 2021 and if we cancel we have to pay the full flight cost. Any advice please0

I believe the voucher expiry is a year but that's when you have to spend it, not when you have to travel by.Dave125 said:Has anyone actually received their vouchers yet? My sister has been offered them and, as with others, has to accepted by 16th June, her holiday as booked for 9th July.

http://www.easyjet.com/en/policy/disruption-vouchers says "The voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of issue. You do not need to travel before the expiry date, you can book onto any flights that are on sale at the time you redeem your voucher."
Note that I haven't got vouchers yet so can't promise that, it's just my reading of their terms.

My refund was credited today (saturday) 2 days after I got my refund confirmation email, and a full 52 days since I filled in the refund form. Will never fly easyJet again1

Can anyone confirm, does the voucher amount total include baggage and seat costs?0

We've booked with Jet2 for next year. They seem to be doing better on this and rated well in MSE's league table.Life__Goes__On said:
