I was going to say I've checked the email addresses of the email I received in March and its identical to that one so I was sure it was.
I'm not sure what to do... wait for a refund that might take a million years to arrive or take a flight voucher for a company that may go bust lol hard decision...0 -
EASY JET AND EXPEDIA
In November I paid Expedia for a holiday in Italy - they purchased flights from EasyJet but these came as a seperate transaction on my credit card. I waited until EJ cancelled the flights then went onto their Covid 19 Hub which referred me back to Expedia. I telephoned them and received some reference numbers plus the name of an agency that the EJ flight booking was under - Expedia are also refunding me the payment for the hotel in 30 days and have confirmed this by e mail!. The problem is getting this information to EJ as they wil not respond to emails or letters and the phone number disconnects calls.
My question is who is right: Easy Jet in saying that Expedia are responsible for the flights refund OR Expedia who claim that once in possession of the reference numbers EJ will refund me????0 -

I'm at a loss here, I have a pre covid voucher for £400 due to expire on June 3rd. It's impossible to speak to easyJet, they have shut the phoneline off, Twitter doesn't respond and I'm fearing I've lost the money or options to rebook due to this.
I don't know what else I can do here.0 -
Had enough and have begun the process of claiming a chargeback against easyjet!
