Do you have a screen shot of the email.Slice70 said:Received an email on Thursday from Easyjet offering me options for my upcoming flight booking. They advised me it was an exclusive offer valid until 14th June whereby I could obtain a flight voucher with an additional £10 valid for 12 months. What concerned me more an alternative phone number was provided 0330 365 5001 so that my case could be handled as a priority!
Has anyone else received/tried the above?? Slightly concerned it could be scam.
Did you try phone that number .
Seems to be in South Africa0 -
I got that email too. It came from the same email address I received one from in March I think is legit.0

I phoned the number though im not sure it is legit. Theres no mention of it anywhere . And the operators are not in the UK . I'm guessing South Africa..Clouds88 said:I got that email too. It came from the same email address I received one from in March I think is legit.

I did try the phone number but got concerned when I heard beeps, sounding like it was transferring to another number, so I disconnected. When I phoned the normal Easyjet number is just had a message saying how busy they were and said call back later, so I assumed my email must be a scam.AlanKudz said:

None of my flight details or booking reference were on the email. It had links for me to click, but I didn't go into any links. I just tried the phone number, but got concerned once I hear other beeping on the line.Life__Goes__On said:Did the email contain details of your actual flight?1 -
Looking at tripadvisor the number seems genuine as some have posted the number saying they got thoughSlice70 said:

The person writing the review has over 700 posts, so doubt it's a fake account
But if you feel it's risky, don't call,
