EJ announced today they are letting 30% of their workforce go.

I tell you - they won't be here in 2021 to honour the vouchers or new bookings.  They're on the verge of collapse hence why they won't refund anyone. Chargeback seems the only viable option now so join the queue.

I’ve just submitted a chargeback request. They wouldn’t wait 90 days for me to pay them.

Don't know whether anybody knows (I can't check myself as the booking isn't in my name).

We have an upcoming flight (early August) and some people in the group want to move their flight whilst others want to stick with the existing date for now.  Is it possible to do this for some passengers if you take up the current Easyjet option of moving for free except for any additional charges if the new flight is more expensive?  Or does the whole group have to change to the same new trip?

    Just had a look.
Can't see a way to do it on the app, but can with website.
Booking for 2 people leaving on the 7th Jan,   can move just 1 person to the 14th.

Received an email on Thursday from Easyjet offering me options for my upcoming flight booking. They advised me it was an exclusive offer valid until 14th June whereby I could obtain a flight voucher with an additional £10 valid for 12 months.  What concerned me more an alternative phone number was provided {Text removed by Forum Team} so that my case could be handled as a priority!
Has anyone else received/tried the above?? Slightly concerned it could be scam.

Did the email contain details of your actual flight?

I tried to access my easyjet manage booking link today and I get this screen. The booking page no longer has my login details, and after the security exploit I no longer feel confident to provide this.
Can other people get online to easyjet?

If the error is of the security certificate I can log in, but there is no https security. Have you risked giving your card details out on what is no better than a http site, or are you saying that the easyjet site does have proper security credentials?
