EasyJet now offers refund via website but it's a bit hidden.
Go through the questions and choose 3rd option - Other when you have choice of re-scheduling, voucher, other. And then on next page choose last option below voucher. There's a text that if you're not happy with the above options, you can choose refund.
You have to click on last part of this sentence: "We understand that you may prefer a refund. To apply for a refund you'll need to fill in our refund application form"

I managed - after a lot of very deep digging - to find the online refund form (sorry, can't post link as I'm not long enough on here). I had a confimation yesterday that the claim has been received. The email says: "We will try our best to complete your request within 28 days following submission. Please do not contact us regarding a previous request unless it has been more than 90 days since you made your original submission."This seems to be saying that even if they don't refund me within a month, I'll have to wait THREE months before I can chase. Surely that cannot be right? Can anyone clarify?

It might not be right but that's the reality of the situation for you and thousands of others. It looks like they simply don't have the resources to handle all the claims in 28 days.0

As expected I have received emails from Easyjet saying my flights have been cancelled. I'm happy to re-book my flights again when the present situation eases but it doesn't say anywhere what the time limit is before I have to re-book these flights. I doubt I will be able to get through to anyone regarding this so does anyone know the answer please?

Does it not say on their Covid page? It had been a case of booking flights within 6 months (just to book, not necessarily to fly) but that was a few weeks ago so they may have extended that now. I think they’ve recently released their summer 2021 if that helps you.Save £12k in 2019 #360

Or do they just expire and the balance is forfeited? Should be in the small print for anyone who has accepted a voucher if they could check please?
Also - do flight-only credit vouchers have to be used on easyJet flights? Or can they be used as part payment for an easyJet package holiday? Again maybe on the small print? Thanks if anyone can help! It might help others make that decision too freeing up the refund hotline for refund only cases.

Had email from easyJet offering to change flight or voucher need to decide by 1 may the voucher valid for i year which does not help me trying to decide whether to wait to see if they cancel my flight or do I risk loosing the cost of my return flights I really want a refund as they not offering credit note ... any thoughts ?0

First of all, there is a huge Easyjet thread already.
Second, it is "losing".
Third, if the flight is in May it wont be happening.0 -
..thoughts...yes, we don;t need yet another easyjet refund thread.
You could have added this to one of the existing EasyJet Refund threads. Here is the main one.

Just received an email from easyjet regarding a flight that I transfered from early April to late May '20, I know optomistic!Easyjet informed me that they hadn't yet cancelled the flight but wanted to offer me the choice of another transfer or a 12 month voucher plus £10. Looks like they're getting desperate now.The small print stated that if a voucher is used for a flight and that flight is then canceled no refund would be issued.Think I'll just wait until they do cancel and claim a refund anyway...0
