The vouchers expire if not used for 12 months and you cannot get a refund for them. After expiry, the vouchers don't have a value.
You can only use them for easyjet flight bookings and no extras like hotels or car hire.

I wanted to thankyou a million times but its a shame that I can press the button just once :T1 -
Turned_out_nice. said:Well phoned yesterday and bang on 8am today with no luck (busy?). Email after first cancellation sent last week (no response) another sent after second cancellation and no response from that one either. Rung my CC company (they answered) and started a Section 75, told to wait 5-7 days, there's always the insurance
.
If Easyjet cancelled your flight & you want a refund, send an email to flightrefund@easyjet.com and request one.IMPORTANT - the subject line of the email must be in the following format.... Booking Reference/Departure Date/ENExample: ABC1D2E/16042020/ENI sent 2 emails because my booking was for 2 flights. No idea how long it takes but must be worth a try.

Did send two separate emails (each flight) but only got a reply today regarding the second one I sent, it stated the subject line wasn't reconised, resent. Would've been handy to have had confirmation that they received the first one also. I suppose it will all end up okay just annoying when it's money.
Now to sort out the car park costs.0 -
I phoned the 03303655454 number. Took about 10 minutes to get through. I was offerred a chance to re-book but declined and just asked for a refund. Credit card refunded a few days later.

Our flight was cancelled on 16/03 and have received an e Mail from easyJet saying REFUND BEING PROCESSED. We still have not received anything. We have tried all of the phone numbers suggested with no joy. Does anyone know of an e mail that gets a response, or any other advice would be gratefully appreciated.0

I am still waiting for a refund from easyJet for cancelled flights on 21st March. Was initially told 20 days max but still waiting. My daughter applied today for a refund on flights for next week and told 90 day wait.Is it right they can hold onto our money for so long and we pay interest on it ?0

Anyone had any replies on the package holiday side of things? I got an email saying I’d be refunded but heard nothing since. It’s well past the date of travel now but the fact their call centre is fully closed makes me wonder who will process refunds.0

If flight is within 7 days and therefore cancelled you can submit a refund request on Easyjet new online form available on the website.....1
