Work have been circulating lots of helpful stuff as we are now (mostly) working remotely, including this link to advice from MIND which I thought I'd share as other people might find it useful:

His partner has been told to self isolate from university for 14 days. His temperature has come down to 38° and he didn’t get a great nights sleep because his spine and head ache. They tracing everyone they had contactWith for the last seven days7

I Believe.....
That it isn't always enough, to be forgiven by others.
Sometimes, you have to learn to forgive yourself.
Yesterday is history, tomorrow is a mystery
Today is a gift. That's why it is called the present.
happiness isn't achieved by getting extra things,
but by getting rid of the things that make you unhappy6 -

How many of us are in isolation alone and what are you doing to keep your mind off it/occupied etc. I used to get out most days just for a small shop or short walk to keep joints moving or just get some fresh air. I've now been in alone for just a few days and long to just get out.

Hi everyone I am not sure if this will help you, but in Wales, if you are a member of a library you can ask them for a PIN for their online library, you can get hundreds of ebooks and audiobooks and all the Uk magazines, for free to read at your leisure. That will help to fill in a few hours during isolation.Low Carb High Fat is the way forward I lost 80 lbs
