It's now disputed that he did actually say it but the worrying thing is that it is totally believable that he could actually have said it

Omg, I didn’t hear that one. But Americans are special aren’t they, so I can well believe they could maybe die a few times. He could probably die over and over again. His test result coming back negative.......hello....you haven’t just passed an exam, you just didn’t have it you pillock.
