What do two aoboet cost now ? 4.8 total ?
    ——-
12 x JASolar 455w Panels (5.46kWp south facing array) Enphase Microinverters IQ7+, Lux AC ESS 3.6kW, 5 x 2.4kwh = 12kWh Plyontech US2000C Battery storage, Lochinver far North, west coast of Scotland
  • Does anyone know how to activate the RJ45 ports on the Aoboet LFP-2400's? I'm linked via wifi finally but nothing meaningful to see on the web pages. There are plenty of options for LAN and WAN but I was unable to activate any of the empty ports. I'm intrinsically a nosey sod and love to see serial outputs on terminal outputs.

My Lux LAN ports will be with me soon, now delayed due to me having Covid. Growatt shine LAN arriving Monday. Only the batteries to go then I can hook it all up to an InfluxDB and Grafana once I've taught myself how to do it.

    Hi all, Happy New Year!

I've started the year with good old Covid again and feeling pretty crap right now :s

    First question of 2022.
Is there a way, using the lux software, to ensure that the batteries won't discharge until 0430 when the Go tariff changes at all please? ie the house baseload is using the grid until 0430. I've tried setting timers on the force discharge that doesn't seem to do what I hope it will do.
    Thanks

Set AC charge until 0430, it won't discharge until after 430. Don't use force discharge, it's not needed and you'd have to set the discharge wattage which isn't ideal
Morning, I set the force charge and woke up this morning with 2 x almost flat batteries. I forgot to change charge level to 100%. Schoolboy error.

Myself and another are after Aoboet Uhome LFP-2400's. 2 for me. I can't even import them as our dear UK people have exclusive rights and by the look of it a near 100% mark up on price. I understand making a margin but nearly 100% is just greedy.

$590 USD / (£435) direct or £900+ in the UK
Yeah and the distributors speak to each other before giving you a price to make sure they are not "stealing each other's customers".

To me that is unfair compeition and against the Competition Laws. By sharing info it is also a breach of GDPR.
I'd guess it would be easy for them to speak to each other as they are all the same company with different names.
Green beard, infinity, gigabiz, homeswitch etc etc etc all same company

    4kw sse since 2014 and 6.6kw wsw / ene split since 2019

So what's the cheapest rate to get new pylontechs? Any benefit to this community buying a stack directly from the supplier if that's even possible? Or bulk buying somehow?
I'm on Pylontechs and would be interested in a bulk deal.
Could use another 2.4kwh module for sure.
Their site seems to bump up shipping if I mix and match us2000 and us3000.

Any interest in a us3000c for £1088.10? Contacted shop to see if they'd lower it even further.

Us2000c would be £768.90 each for 4 units or £763.20 each for 5 units.

The 3000c works out better bang for buck at £322.46/usable kWh versus the 2000c at £337.24/kWh.
    5.41 kWp System, E-W. Installed Nov 2017
    Lux + 3 x US2000B + 2 x US3000C battery storage. Installed Mar 2020.
