If anyone is interested I have had the reply from SERVTEC.. not tried it yet.
Hi,
Yes you can see SOH.
You need to click the "united" tick box in the connection dialogue.
Also, if you choose login and select Administrator from the drop down box and enter password pylontech. You will then see a consoile window. You can enter the commands, bat 1, bat 2 etc. Or stat 1, stat 2 etc.
Thanks(Removed by Forum Team)

just to let you know that the money saving expert that encourages money saving is now stopping discussion about whether people are swapping out batteries and what they are doing with them as they see this as buying and selling.
How we could possibly try and save money by discussing with like minded users rather than go to rip off companies could be against the terms and conditions to save money one will never know! It is as if it is encouraging people to inflate prices on fleabay etc or use fitters.

To be clear, you can discuss swapping out (changing) your batteries. What you cannot do is use the MSE Forum to arrange or advertise the sale, gift, swap or disposal of those batteries with other members of the MSE Forum.
If you are unclear on the forum rules, please have a chat with the Forum Team administrator who contacted you.

yip again as I said, you cannot discuss money saving ways such as if anyone has batteries that are at a mark down to new batteries. Can you imagine Martin saying: “Now there are two banks that have incentives to go to them but I can’t recommend you do that to save money because the forum doesn’t allow it, oh and don’t visit money saving expert because we can’t give any advice on best tariffs either.”
we want a self sufficient money saving population and the restrictions put in place hamper this because some boffin is worried about legalities. A simple no selling directly on would do the same and no company advertising would stop it too. Eg hands up if you have anything to sell that is xxx and yyy - discuss it but take it off forum to conduct transactions5KW solar, Lux 3.8KW inverter, Uhome 2400 LPF x 8, Leaf 62Kwh, Skoda Enyaq 85, Ohme home charger, Zappi v2.1, Eddi v1, Import: Octopus intelligent fixed; Export: Octopus Energy Export, 15KW biomass pellet boiler - Windhager., Home Assistant0 -

Yes you can. If a reputable online vendor is selling batteries at a good price, you are welcome to discuss that (as long as you are not associated with the vendor [e.g, spamming]). What you cannot do is discuss or engage in selling or swapping your batteries with another forum user here on MSE or try to solicit batteries from other MSE forum users. As I said, if you do not understand the distinction, please engage with the MSE Forum Team member who messaged you, and they will be happy to explain it to you.
