Last couple of days I have noticed my graphs are not correct.. Today I have used the kettle a few times and the toaster.. no consumption above my baseload until 14:29... then all 2 kWh imported from grid... anyone else with the same issue?

They seem to have reduced the resolution of the graph, it's 5 minutes now and I'm sure it was 2 minutes previously. History data is down to 5 minute intervals too.
That's probably why you don't see your kettle or toaster as the data is just a snapshot at that point in time and they might have been on in-between one of the  5 minute periods.
Luxpower must be trying to cut back on server space ??

Likewise, the 2kw spike is just a snapshot at that time so you won't see the batteries ramping up the power to meet the demand in the data.

So what's the cheapest rate to get new pylontechs? Any benefit to this community buying a stack directly from the supplier if that's even possible? Or bulk buying somehow?
I'm on Pylontechs and would be interested in a bulk deal.
Could use another 2.4kwh module for sure.
Their site seems to bump up shipping if I mix and match us2000 and us3000.

Any interest in a us3000c for £1088.10? Contacted shop to see if they'd lower it even further.

Us2000c would be £768.90 each for 4 units or £763.20 each for 5 units.

The 3000c works out better bang for buck at £322.46/usable kWh versus the 2000c at £337.24/kWh.
Not sure if you can mix 3000's with 2000's ??

It's not used it's not working. I contacted seller they said unit is unusable and their installer just gave them a new one. The photos showing battery level are of the new working one not the old broken one.

The other one is same price as their website if you buy even 4....

Many of you have probably already noticed this but it was new to me.
The reload button on the web portal now seems to update the page every 10 seconds or so, like local mode on the app. I think it was more like 60 seconds previously.
Handy if you need to monitor the system a bit closer to realtime and instead of using the app in local mode.

  • QrizB's post made me have a look at today's prices and there's another 'over a pound' slot today.
I haven't used the 'forced discharge' before so does it work the same as the rest? Just tap the times in? Or does it need to be aneabled in some way?
I'd check this out myself but time is of the essence today.

Yeah as long as the 3000 is at the end of the line.
Doesn't seem to want to play ball communication wise if it's anywhere else.
But been running a 3000 at the end of 4 2000s for nearly a year now
