I haven't! Will get that out today.
I haven't considered a counter claim either.1 -
Ask them why they cant cancel, given that they as principals can intervene with their agents actions at any point, including during court action (which this isnt), and failing to contorl their agents unlawful acitons leaves them, as ever, jointly and severally liable5

Thanks.
She just put that it is because it is at LBC stage. Should I email again?0 -
So you already have an answer? Or havent you asked what I suggested?
You want why. Being at LBC is meaningless, as a Principal can always intervene with their Agent.3 -
The email back said it cannot be cancelled as it is at LBC stage (the fake letter received) and the reason they gave the ticket. That was the answer.1

They are lying. You never know how far you can go until you go too far.2

I suspect what they mean is "it is too hard or can't be bothered or I won't make any money if I get this done" Of course it can be cancelled right up until you walk through the doors of the court room. By that time of course, the claimant will have had to pay application and hearing fees! Better to do it now.4
