I have followed up my email stating that they are able to cancel this at any point and I request them to revisit this.2

No fees have been paid at LBC stage , it's either lying , or what lekirk said above ,they cannot be rrrrsssdddd and don't realise their legal responsibilities either
You keep on at them until they are so fed up with you it's easier to make the PCN and LBC go away than make you go away5 -
I am just writing the Gladrags (lol) email which I forgot to do.
Is it worth mentioning this additional £60 they have added to the £100 charge?1 -
This email is regarding a parking charge notice (PCN Number: xxxxxx) and I am in receipt of a ‘Letter Before Court Action’ from your client, Euro Parking Services.a) At present I am seeking debt advice however I deny any debt. The case should be put on hold for no less than 30 days under the PAP for debt claims (2017).b) I have sent your client an SAR due to insufficient information to date and this can take up to one month to receive the information.c) The address below is correct and may be used by your company to send any correspondence to.
d) *** shall I request on what grounds they have to charge £60 in addition to the charge amount here?0 -

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

My apologies. They want the reference number associated with my LBC. But it is the one sent from Euro Parking Services and not from the court.0

But if Gs sent you a letter it will have 'our ref' like all solicitors letters do.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I Understand.I had sent that email stating that I had received the LBC (the false one asking me to pay up). Should I have only sent it to them once I got the actual official LBC?
I wasn’t clear on that.0
