A bit late now, but never ever send anything to a parking company or their solicitors using any service that requires a signature.

Because it is a copy and paste of their actual email response to my email I sent to them. They said to me regarding my SAR: 'This was posted to you 17/06/2020 by recorded delivery tracking number xxx'

@KeithP, the words in bold were the reply in the e-mail to he OP (as far as I have understood it.
