if G,s had sent an LBC with a reference on it, that is the one you send the reply to, if they havent sent an LBC, then its pointless complainingif the claimant sent an LBC , then you reply to the claimant with THEIR reference3

It really doesn't matter. The Judge will prefer to see that you disputed the fake PCN before court action.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Email from the PPC following what I sent to them!Dear Sir or Madam,This email is regarding a parking charge notice (PCN Number: xxxxxx and I am in receipt of a ‘Letter Before Court Action’ from yourselves, Euro Parking Services. With reference to Gladstone's Solicitors who I am in contact with currently.a) At present I am seeking debt advice however I deny any debt. The case should be put on hold for no less than 30 days under the PAP for debt claims (2017). 30 Days is always allowed before this proceeds further.b) I have sent my SAR due to insufficient information to date and this can take up to one month to receive the information. This was posted to you 17/06/2020 by recorded delivery tracking number xxxc) The address below is correct and may be used by your company to send any correspondence to.****d) The parking 'charge' is £100, on what grounds is the additional £60 charged for? This information is detailed on the IPC code of Practice Seventh Edition.I’m unsure where to go from here. The landowners have also contacted the PPC on my behalf again to have this cancelled! Hoping for info tomorrow really!2

A bit late now, but never ever send anything to a parking company or their solicitors using any service that requires a signature. All that does is give the intended recipient the opportunity to not sign and hence refuse delivery. All you have then is proof of non-delivery. Not quite what you want.If you want to use Royal Mail, then send it by standard first class post obtaining a free Certificate of Posting from the Post Office counter. The item is deemed delivered two working days later.Keep that Certificate of Posting as proof.3

I haven’t signed anything, they chose to send the SAR that way and it was pushed through my letterbox.1
