Saying you are seeking debt advice but that you dispute and deny any debt, and why.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Dear Sir or Madam,a) I am seeking debt advice but I deny any debt and the case must be put 'on hold' for not less than 30 days under the PAP for debt claims 2017.
(b) I have sent your client a SAR and have insufficient information, to date.
(c) My correct address ....
This one right? I don't need to add more details?0 -
It's still fine to send that in response to a 'fake' LBC. Looks reasonable later to your Judge!
Also state WHY the debt is denied and disputed.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Thanks @Coupon-mad I have sent the one to the PPC.
Do you mean to Gladstones? I am not sure what exactly to put - something around the fee being unfair or? The driver was found to be waiting unfortunately in a disabled bay (the only space at the time) for congestion to clear in a small car park when the passenger left the vehicle, not the driver - as they reported in the initial appeal rejection.

any LBC response goes to teh company that made the LBC. In this case, Gladstones.
So you state
- signage not seen
- unclear
- they dont have authorty to offer tickets
etc
Youre 4 pages in . By now yuo must have read other threads, so you would know the standard arguments. You Cannot sleepwalk along, you msut be proactive and READ AROUND this forum.3 -

Gladstones haven't sent me anything yet.
I had to reverse into a disabled bay because the car park was congested. The passenger got out to run into the shop. As I waited there. Then I find I have been issued a parking charge after it happened. I am just asking for clarity is all. I don't have a mind that can follow things as well as maybe others and also the distraction of an 18 month old and 4 year old means I regularly lose where I am. As well as running my business. I almost paid the fine off this morning just to get out of the headache it causes figuring it out.
Anyway.. none of that matters. Thanks.0
