    Owwhhhh. Damn.

Okay - so I will either need to argue it at Tescos? I am not sure how to find out who is the landowner.

    google the site
    ask the retailers
ask the council who pays the non domestic rates
find out from the Land Registry

you were looking for an easy way out - there isnt one, hence why its either get it cancelled at source or try to convince a judge

its a sc@m , they issue a pcn and want payment , the victim panics and struggles to tread water never mind escape , then almost drowns in information overload , frantically kicking out , their cry for help (appeal) goes unheeded and dashes their hopes of rescue

eventually they calm down and learn the inner workings of how the sc@m works

I know it totally isn't easy, I had a long winded one some time last year and managed to get it revoked with some 5000 words ha!

Thanks for those. Found that it was sold in 2015 to some investors in Edgbaston. Will keep looking I guess.

Definately go to the store first to get it cancelled and make a fuss.

We don't recommend any parking appeals service and I already told you there is no appeal.
    Did you read my advice?
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I am unsure whether it is Tescos or Greggs.

Have you checked their ratings on Trustpilot or similar?

It is your money and you can spend it how you want. If you use a paid for service you will have no control what happens.

If they do get it cancelled, great, but if it goes breasts uppermost, please don't come back here and ask us to sort it out.

We help people like you every day of the year, for free. You have to decide which route you want to take.
I'd only came across them via searching and I thought I would ask you all as I trust your opinions.

I clearly missed the part about paying for it, but I wasn't saying I will use them over advice that you guys give freely so my apologies because it isn't what I was implying.

Thanks for your help. As I have been told I will try with the managers of both Tesco and Greggs or CEO/Head Office and see what happens. Contact MP which has been suggested. I also have sent a message to the current landowner who purchased the land in 2015.
