google the siteask the retailersask the council who pays the non domestic ratesfind out from the Land Registryyou were looking for an easy way out - there isnt one, hence why its either get it cancelled at source or try to convince a judgeits a sc@m , they issue a pcn and want payment , the victim panics and struggles to tread water never mind escape , then almost drowns in information overload , frantically kicking out , their cry for help (appeal) goes unheeded and dashes their hopes of rescueeventually they calm down and learn the inner workings of how the sc@m works3

I know it totally isn't easy, I had a long winded one some time last year and managed to get it revoked with some 5000 words ha!

We don't recommend any parking appeals service and I already told you there is no appeal.

I clearly missed the part about paying for it, but I wasn't saying I will use them over advice that you guys give freely so my apologies because it isn't what I was implying.
Thanks for your help. As I have been told I will try with the managers of both Tesco and Greggs or CEO/Head Office and see what happens. Contact MP which has been suggested. I also have sent a message to the current landowner who purchased the land in 2015.3
