Just checking if anyone received the same type of instruction letter that I did.  I gave my instructions online (to mature into Christmas Saver and balance to go to current account), but I received a letter from them a couple of weeks' ago confirming they have actioned my instructions and the money will be transferred to my nominated current account, no mention of the Christmas Saver.  It matures tomorrow.
Exactly the same (I already have a Xmas Saver). Exciting isn't it!

Just opened the Cov Seasonal RS via the app. Was very quick snd easy and I have now funded it.

Does anyone know if this RS allows a 13th payment (£3250 total pay in) ?

Just seen maturity details online, opted to take it all out.
As have 5 still with them, plus Coventry's 6.0% just launched and is at a better rate than they offer.
This is getting silly now, 17 Regular savers and £3600 a month to find.

Exactly the same situation for me. My maturity date is 22 December so will see what happens. (I already have a Christmas 2025 Saver)

See my earlier post - twas the same for me

I'd be sure you'll have another Christmas RS tomorrow (and I'll have three)

Re: Coventry, I see on the main website it just says, 'You can only have one seasonal RS at a time so I read that as other RS's don't stop you having this one.
Correct! Just opened The Cov Seasonal Saver whilst holding The Loyalty RS & Sunny Day Saver.

    Loyalty Seasonal Saver gives me:

We've been unable to confirm your eligibility for this account which could be because:

    • You've already opened this account
... I definitely haven't. I get the same whether logged in via app/phone browser/desktop browser with all adblockers deactivated.
