Afternoon all. Hope mr Fanta is feeling better, Carrie.
Today hasn’t quite gone to plan. DH is in bed ill, but never mind. Nothing that can’t be rearranged. Took smallest small to cinema, was hoping to use free code but silly app wouldn’t upload. Anyway, was worth the spend as I rarely get any time with just her. I’ll see if I can redeem the codes today for a booking later in the week so they’re not wasted.
Other things:
bendy spinach in an omelette for lunch
free roast later, hoping DH feels up to it
lots of washing, on airer
smalls to prepaid swimming this morning
quick tidy through to keep on top of things
keep voucher for a free book and make a note in my diary of when it’s valid from and to
stay dry and safe folks.7 -
Oh dear - I hope My Purps feels better soon too!
OH looking much brighter. He's managed a little bit of soup and a couple of yogurts. He's sitting up in bed now watching a film. His tonsils are a complete mess though
Aren't antibiotics blimmin' marvellous? I swear you could see him improve with each dose. He's wanting to come downstairs for a couple of hours after his next dose.
I've just been flopping round the house apart from a quick jaunt to Tesco for some essential sick-bed supplies. I probably could have been more thrifty but I'm too tired. On the plus side, i have used 2 more frozen bananas to make a banana bread in the bm. I also took the drawer out, de-iced it, and made a load of room. I found a bag of bullaces in there from September that need dealing with. I also wiped down the kitchen window and frame. It had been annoying me every time I looked at it cos it was grubby, and yet I didn't spend 2 mins doing it
I might go take another drawer out now and tidy it.
Quickly nipped to the recycling bin and looked at the garden. Lots of bulbs up. Snowdrops, different colour crocuses. Also have cyclamen and hellebores and the first tete a tete narcissiLBM 11/06/2010: DFD 30/04/2013Total repaid: £10,490.316 -

Hi all - hope all is well and that the weather isn't causing too many problems for anyone.
I'm back on the wagon and would like to restart Pading but cant find the page for the current challenge - I know I could just do it, but the motivation to have a record on here makes it more likely that I will PAD everyday - PAD in 2018 and reduced a loan by about a grand in a short period of time.
Cheers guys!Plan to PAD Everyday 2024Credit Card - £3662.99 (int free to 11/11/25) -PAD TotalsJan 2024 -3 -
