You must have an income of £15,276 or less. (Link) This would also entitle you to free over-the-counter drugs through the Minor Ailment Scheme. (Link)Also worth mentioning again at this point Product Licence Numbers which can be used to tell if two drugs, with different prices, are identical, as described in this MSE guide. PL numbers are printed on the packaging. (Link)Debt-free day: 8th May 2015 "Remember that sometimes not getting what you want is a wonderful stroke of luck," Dalai Llama6

crazy_cat_lady said:Also retrying with YNAB because it worked brilliantly for me in the past. I think it might be worth the £80 to get me on the straight and narrow with a new budget.I'm not a YNABer myself but I believe YNAB has a referral scheme if you wanted a free month. (Link) Also, folk can download a free MSE budget planning spreadsheet if that's their thing. (Link)

Thanks Ally - you always have such excellent advice. Unfortunately I don't get any tax credits at all so I bought the drugs. I do always ask if there's a cheaper alternative, but alas not with wormy stuff

Morning all. Intend to have a productive day today so here goes:
cooked chickpeas from yesterday, will make hummus later.
Check banking, update sheet
go in to town, park for free. Have list of things I need to achieve whilst there including; getting a key cut, picking up some medication, and getting some change from the bank so we can use it for milk (it’s 10p cheaper to pay in coins than on your card)
meals from stores
smalls to prepaid activity
more washing, out on airer
triage fridge and clean a couple of shelves whilst I’m there.
Have a a good day all. Purps7 -
Morning guys
hope you're all well
thanks for starting the thread ziggy!
I've been missing in action for the last few weeks as my dd had her little girlI was at the birth which was a lovely experience and mother and baby are doing well
So today:
* been for a walk with dog & co-owner
* oh took lo for lunch
* am about to put a load of washing on and will hang o/s for a few hours. It's cold and blowy here and yesterday my washing *almost* dried
* TOMM - hallway today and I'm going to start making roller blind with old casing and some fabric I saw and loved a year ago
* carry on with repairing a jacket for oh. He loved it but over time some of the pvc has perished. I'm replacing it for his gift for valentines/our anniversary
* madam going to gymnastics and I'll go for a run while she's there
* lo lasagna out of freezer for dinner
* find free meditation for tonight. One of my friend's does a meditation group on a weds and I said I'd find one for us to do this week
Ok that's me! Have a good day everyoneDF as at 30/12/16

Hi February Forumites,Mornin'. ☕ The sun is threatening to shine through the snow 🌅🌧. Today is a workday 🤔 but I have a couple of hours to myself first.
Debt-Free-Nillionaire Continuity Plan Year Five:❄ Check online banking. ✅❄ Day 17 of 30 day Free Running Challenge. 30.3km/18.8miles so far. We'll see if there is a break in the weather. ❎❄ Alarm clock off at the wall during day time. ✅❄ Clear emails. ✅❄ Hand some excess Farmfoods coupons to a colleague later. ✅
❄ Going out for a walk along the prom in a bit. I need some fresh air and exercise. It's not high tide yet so I shouldn't get swept away. I'll load my phone with something to listen to as I walk. ✅
❄ Take a packed lunch to work later. ✅
❄ Read Martin's email. (Link)
