Help with County court claim

First letter - yawn. Could always respond with a "drop hands" offer.0

This is a 9 pages long letter. About the background, core Terms and Conditions, The Breach, and a response to your defence, the defence as a whole (it is apparent that a large amount of the information contained therein has simply been 'copied and pasted' from an external source)
Did not enter into a contract, dispute of charge and costs. (Still doesnt break down the costs just tried to explain why its there)
Signage, Driver Dispute, Letter of Claimant and particulars, "No knowledge of any Parking charge notice (PCN) or letters" (just says they got my address for DVLA and I'm still using it and the PCN was issued correctly)
What to do next, how to make a payment.
Income & Expenditure Form
Picture of my car arriving date time 16:22:57(can clearly see picture)
Picture of my car leaving date time 17:47:01
Then 2 pages of a copy of original parking charge notice but that's doesnt have a sent date just has a issue date. And that was originally from Premier park.
That's the whole 9 pages summed up briefly, and just to update this posts incase it might help someone else in future. I will continue to ignore bwlegal and await court proceedings as judge can make up his mind what he wants to do. As I dont want to deal BWLegal and dont know what else can be done, but once in court will fight it best I know how2 -
Hold your nerve, don't blink first. There's plenty of evidence to suggest that once they start sending out 'special offers' they are beginning to lose faith in their case. Why otherwise would they be doing so (and forget all their puke-inducing crap about giving you assistance during the C19 crisis)? Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Whats the actual intent or subject behind this second letter? Just a response to defence? Witness statement? Something else?2

They havent actually said anything in regards to covid-19 in the 2 letters they have sent about the offer. This new offer of £190 will expire at 4PM on 30th April 2020. Well this is the 2nd offer I'm still am not going to contact them at all. Will be ignoring everything from them.Umkomaas said:Hold your nerve, don't blink first. I'm thinking it's a response to my defence letter. As the first section saysnosferatu1001 said:Whats the actual intent or subject behind this second letter? Just a response to defence? Witness statement? Something else?
"We write with reference to your defence which states your reasons for disputing our Client's Parking Charge Notice (PCN). We have set our Client's position below in response to your defence"0 -
No need to think, they do tell you!
Sounds like its their usual template nonsense. You can probably find it elsewhere
ITs designed to put you off.1 -
What do you mean by "they do tell you" ?nosferatu1001 said:No need to think, they do tell you!

And I can imagine it is ITs designed to scare tactic. It's worked but I'm not doing anything via BWLegal will prefer a judge to tell me.0 -
"We have set our Client's position below in response to your defence"
it is a response to your defence...
Why the hell has it worked? ITs GARBAGE.
You need to get out this thread and read other such rubnish, so you can see how bloody awful it is.2
