As long as you have now asked the PPC for a SAR, you will soon know what it is about and can include it in your witness statement later on, with your evidence (as explained in the KNOW WHAT HAPPENS WHEN' section of the NEWBIES thread).

That also has a link showing how to fill in the court's DQ N180 form that will arrive, too.  No posts about that, we have no time and we tell people just to read the NEWBIES thread for that form.

That keeps us free for when you really need us, at WS & evidence and hearing stages.

I received a letter from BWLegal asking for full payment before 27th March to stop court proceedings.
I have also received another letter from CCBC which is notice of Proposed Allocation to the Small Claims Track. This is the Small Claims directions questionnaire which I have got until 3rd April to complete. Is there anything in here that I should do or not do before I fill in?
    Many thanks

Just an update I uploaded my DQ to the courts that was done by 3rd April. Today I have recieved a letter from BWLegal asking for £180 a letter which says without prejudice save as to costs. I think I will ignore the letter and wait for the courts to decide what happens next. Not sure if that's right or not but I dont want anything to do with BWLegal at all. So wont be calling. And they say it will expire 4PM on 15tg April and I only just got the letter. Which is ridiculous. Just an update to thread that's all

Or you could send it to the SRA pointing out the abuse of process.

A settlement offer is not an abuse of process. You can ask for any amount in settlement, and it isn't an abuse of the court process because settlement is de facto not part of the court process.
