You can manage that; you know the event and the car park, we don't.  
I assume by now you've read maybe ten others where people have managed it, and been inspired.

I have left the (appendix A,B,C) in red font still and deleted 17. Sent an email just now and got a automated reply. Will keep posted on what happens next.

It does say on that thread...

Everything shown in red is something that needs editing by you and changing to black font once you've done it...

So you put no facts at all about the parking event?  Nothing in #17 to tell the Judge what it's about?

I received a acknowledge letter from the courts to say a copy is being served on the claimant. And the claimant may contact me directly to attempt to resolve any dispute. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, the claimant will inform the court that he wishes to proceed. The court will then inform you of what will happen.

No I don't know how long the whole period of parking was for. I don't know as to why the company never got hold of me. Why BWlegal randomly started sending me a notice of payment which I didn't believe was true. I'm not good with wording things.... All other cases had a reason as to why they felt they didn't owe the money. I'll probably still have to pay all of it as knowing my luck that's how it always goes.
