Thanks,  but imo anything that can harm a PPC is fair game.   One does not need to be as pure as Caesar's wife when dealing with scum.  Throw enough mud and some will stick.

how will a non action by the SRA - as they won't do anything as there's nothing to do - possibly hurt the claimaant, their client? Explain how a regulatory authority for solicitors will impact their non-solicitor clients.

You have not answered s my question, how do you know that that which a proposed will not harm any of the 200 plus PPC. BTW answering a question with a further question is often frowned upon.

Just another update I have received another letter asking for £190 without prejudice Save as to costs offer. Also a 2and letter which is quite long but will post now
