Google CPR 3.4(2)(a) and (c) you should then understand why it has been struck out.You never know how far you can go until you go too far.2

It means the Judge thinks the PoC don't comply with the Court Procedure Rules and so he won't accept them as the basis for going forward. He has given them a further chance to provide more detailed PoC by 10 July. If they don't, claim dismissed.
I thought you might have checked out CPR 3.4 (2) (a) and (c) before asking. Easy to find via Google.

Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

So I need to wait until the 10th July. Is there any cases on here in which this has happened and its gone back to court? I just need to prepare myself. As I was preparing myself to go to court. Not that I want to go its just a mental thing.Umkomaas said:Please, just read carefully what I posted.0 -
Yes, this has happened before, and the PPC has complied in the past and some havent
