Create a throwaway email address only for this purpose, a hotmail or gmail addy that you only give to them, then don't use it in future. Except if you get close to hearing stage and have to submit evidence to the court by email (read the TELEPHONE HEARINGS thread, you need to be ready for what is happening in the courts during lockdown).PRIVATE 'PCN'? Just another update. Yesterday I got a letter from my local court and says that the judge will give me further instructions. Does anyone know what will happen next?

nope no idea until you get the letter .... things are a little chaotic at the min ....you may get a face to face hearing if it is put back (follow the newbies section re courts)... if not the please have a read of this Anticipate a Telephone Hearing and email the local court, save your ink:
