Surely you have that at your fingertips.
You will be referring to it throughout the hearing.1 -
Seconded.
The WS and evidence (from both sides, yours and theirs) is what you need to have with you at this hearing!
Plus some notes of what you want to draw to the Judge's attention from either your WS and exhibits, or theirs if you can pick holes in it.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

The lady judge awarded in BWLegals favour.
I hadn't produced a WS (witness statement)
I did produce a defence (which I thought that was my ws)
But the judge never had their WS either
Their representative have one which the judge and I was handed as it had to be photocopied.
But it's done and dusted now.
Thanks for all your help0 -

The Claimant was a parking firm and the rep who attended wasn't from BW Legal. Just a hired gun.
I am so sorry you lost but this was almost inevitable by going far off piste from our clear advice.
The NEWBIES thread almost shouts that 'DEFENCE IS NOT YOUR ONLY JOB!' and walks all newbies through what happens when and what to put in your vital WS bundle.
A further clue was the hearing letter telling you your deadline to send your WS and evidence, and the extra clue was when the parking firm's WS bundle arrived - a massive hint that you'd missed a step because they don't get to send a bundle when a Defendant doesn't.
Oh well, you live and learn. Not a 'forum loss' that we count, because our advice wasn't followed, but we are very sad for you, nonetheless.
Surely (I hope) you managed to convince her not to allow the false added +£70 DRA fee and knew how to argue that?

Six months later, on 13 April at 12:24PM @Le_Kirk again asked...Le_Kirk said:Have you previously submitted your witness statement and evidence?
That same day @Coupon-mad repeated her question...Coupon-mad said:I do hope you filed and served your WS and evidence? It worries me that you didn't reply to my question about that over 6 months ago.
I am not asking about your defence. Did you file and serve a WS and evidence, as the Notice of Allocation required you to do xx days before the hearing?
But...
Then yesterday, another seven months later, you tell us about your hearing... the next day.
It really isn't possible to help some people.
Sorry you lost, but...

Tbf it was and is jargon. I have no idea. Many "newbies" using all the jargon and terms which I don't understand. Plus pages and pages of jargon which I still don't understand is very difficult.
She did in fact add the £70 fee and was quite happy to add that.
Who ever filed a ws for them (BWLegals) it never got to the judge. How can I follow "advice" I don't understand
So yeah like I said previously thank you for your help I appreciate it.
But it's not "straight" forward0 -

Sorry you lost, but...
It kept getting moved (literally from court to court)
And the date kept moving.
I'm not in control of that.
Plus I done this thread for some help. And updated so other people can see it too. And if they need help they are more than welcome can message me.
I'm by far no lawyer wow I didn't even go to uni. I have no experience in this field. I did ask so many times different questions just to try and understand but clearly not my area0 -

I understand what your saying and even tho I tried and spent hours to gather all the info but I still didnt understand it and struggled to argue my point across as it was my first time and taken back by the judges harsh approach. Im not sure if its worth going through all the stress and spending hours when at end of day its a lottery depending on the judge.
My judge added mine on 🙄1
