    Guessing wrong.  Eek, you must sort this omission out.

    Do a WS right now (tonight, with our help) and file and serve it by email to the local court and solicitor.

    YOU MUST do this as you are currently breaching the court order that told you that you had a deadline to do this.

    Do it now.  Late is better than never to try to rescue this.

    I don't have a solicitor. Or do you mean their solicitor? 
    They went to court last year and the judge threw it out because they didn't have enough evidence. I didn't know this until this new paperwork turned up

    Update it's been adjourned for now. They don't know when it will be heard on court due to no judges available

  • Hi all just to update this tread it is going to county court 01/12/2022 (yes tomorrow) at 2pm I will update what happens
