They haven't put dates on the photos. Which will be mentioned. But I can't prove and they can't prove that they were there in 2018 when the ticket was issued.
As above, you can prove it as long as you can find the place on GSV going back to that date of image.

Do you know at all of the county court will let me know a court date or will they decide fit like last time? As I wasn't aware when they had made that decision until I received the letter. Sorry for asking so many questions just want to be in the know

    Maybe this: -
Do you know at all of if the county court will let me know a court date or will they decide fit it like last time? As I wasn't aware when they had made that decision until I received the letter. Sorry for asking so many questions just want to be in the know
If you don't attend court (i.e. case is heard on papers) you won't be ..........
aware when they had made that decision until I received the letter.

You could always send a new DQ N180 form to your local court if there are dates you know you can't make this year, such as for the birth of a baby, etc.

  • Just a quick update as its nearly been a month since I last updated. I've heard nothing at all  and also I haven't received anymore letters from BWLegal. Which with everything that has been going on, has really helped with my stress levels. The not knowing is playing on my mind but only slightly as everything else is overriding it. Sorry just an update

Why not ring the local court if you are unsure what is happening.

    No ringing BW Legal!

I am glad you came back because we need EVERYONE to make a change  and tell the Government your experience and what is wrong with the industry and their robo-claim debt recovery solicitors, and how they and the fake added 'costs' need to be prohibited.

Please now make a real difference - A TASK FOR SEPTEMBER.

The Government is (this month only) consulting about a new statutory code of practice (CoP) and framework to rein in the rogue parking firms.  Read and comment on the draft CoP proposal and the enforcement framework consultation, and get everyone you know to do the same.

You will need to register to comment on the CoP and enter an occupation even if you are retired or a homemaker, but otherwise it is easy to navigate, and comment upon each section/subsection individually. You can save comments to edit later and or submit comments once you are happy with them.

    https://standardsdevelopment.bsigroup.com/projects/2020-00193#/section

You do not need to register to comment on the enforcement framework which can be found here. It has a link on page 5 to make comments.

    https://assets.publishing.service.gov.uk/government/uploads/system/uploads/attachment_data/file/913272/Code_Enforcement_Framework_consultation.pdf

At the very least, we say the parking charge level should be £50/£25 or higher level £70/£35, as per Council PCNs in E&W.

And we say the added fake 'debt recovery' costs are just double counting the cost of letters, and MUST GO because that is unfair and illegal.

Please be heard.  You can bet the hundreds of PPCs will be commenting.

No apologies for repeating this vital 'call for action' to consumers, on every thread this month!

  • I did try and call a few weeks ago but just a automated machine saying not to call at this time
  • Hello everyone it's been over a year since I last heard anything.

This morning I have received a letter dated 19th September 2021.
And this is going to court. By remote hearing by video hearing on 21st April 2022. And they have changed the location of it but due to being video hearing I guess they are allowed.

I need to read up everything again and refresh my brain with everything I need.

Any changes at all I may need to be aware about due to covid rules ect.

Any help from here is greatly appreciated

    Many thanks
