They will probably proceed.  This just delays things and makes them pull their socks up a tad!

    Leighross,
Looks like you will be looking forward (biting your nails at the same time) to the date in the hope that these guys dont comply and your free from all this C###, its a very worrying time. I assume you filed your defence? and this order came through prior to the WS stage?

Yes it came in after I filed my defence. I'm stressing so badly about this every single time I get a letter ect I panic. But the letters from BWlegal have stopped for now which is a good thing. I never emailed them. I'm just awaiting what the courts have to say. This happened just before Covid hit

I've just got another very detailed letter from BWLEGAL. And im no expert but the tariff charges is different in parking services agreememt than what they actually put up. There's 10 coloured pictures of the car park. Two pictures of my car entering and leaving and also 2 pages of car registrations at the period of time I was there for. I'm not going to lie I'm s&*$ing myself slightly.
What to do now? Do I prepare my paperwork. Or lack of shall I say

Is it just a letter with a few photos and a tariff payment list from ONE machine in the car park.  So what, really.   Anyone can throw together that 2 page 'machine tariffs log'.

Usual tedious stuff...surely there is more than one machine.  How do you know that list included all, and how do you know that log of payments came from that location on that day (for sure)?  That 2 page document is easy to mock up or even alter, as Excel were told in Excel v Ambler by the Judge who sussed the tariff log had been altered between appeal and court stage:

    https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/5869594/court-report-excel-spanked-at-skipton/p1

Excel tried to appeal and were slapped by the Circuit Judge who reiterated that the log was altered/unreliable.

This is page 14. In the parking services agreement either some things are highlighted or ruled out.
