@Coupon-mad this template has been done on the Dropbox app. Would I install the app and then change on there and print and sign ect then send as a PDF? Sorry I'm not really tech smart.

I don't know what A1 is but if it's Mediation the answer is NO.
Remember that Legal Beagles don't just advise on parking claims. So, in a normal (non scam) claim, you would agree to Mediation. But NOT for a parking claim where there is no debt to discuss.
