  • Thank you @Coupon-mad and it doesn't state why PCN was issued. Im thinking maybe an over stay passed the 10mins Grace period and therefore would it be classed as no payment maybe?
  • Also I have filled in a AoS. I wanted to just do defence but I will wait it out and get it done end of next week. While I get all the facts needed  I really do appreciate all your help. Thank you

@Le_Kirk is that the post by coupon-mad. If so could you tell me which person (username) have pre written defences please.
    Many thanks
Yes, Coupon-mad wrote the NEWBIE sticky.  Find it and scroll down until you see: -
Here are some defences ................... and you will see links to the defences.

Could I use this? Also would I put in exclamation marks in number 3 as used or change it?
    Here is my suggested alternative:

You could use it as a starting point, you need to find "Claimant is put to strict proof that it has ............."  You then need to look at other defences to see what other posters have used.  Search for USER CEC16 and basher5 and read their threads.

  • At what date shall I do my defence and fill it out online? I just want this to be over and done with now it's stressing me out. With this and council tax I'm losing my mind

I have edited my 7th February post to make it much more readable.

As I wrote in that post...
...you have until 4pm on Monday 9th March 2020 to file your Defence.

Plenty of time. Use that time to get it right.
If I were you I would wait for further comment on the content of your Defence before filing.

When the time comes, do not "fill it out online". Instead, please re-read my 7th Feb post.
  • Sorry to be a pain @KeithP if I don't fill it online how do I file my defence? Again I think I'm reading too much and overload as now again looking at getting it right so I can win this stupid car parking fine that wasn't even necessary.
  • You email it. this instruction is in the NEWBIES thread that you MUST read.
EVERY query you have about process is in there. It is. Trust us. If you find one that isnt it will get added - bt weve been through *hundreds* of claims on here.

Extract from KeithP's post of 7th February: -
When you are happy with the content, your Defence could be filed via email as suggested here:
    1. Print your Defence.
    2. Sign it and date it.
    3. Scan the signed document back in and save it as a pdf.
    4. Send that pdf as an email attachment to CCBCAQ@Justice.gov.uk

By reading the advice you have already been given in your very own thread.

Read it again, and again, and again until it sinks in.
