    It was a lot easier to contact the BG when their name was listed at the bottom of each section of the forum but now it is such a bother to find who it is, no one can be arrised to make the effort

    one for the backlog can we have the new posts button on every page please - there looks like enough room in exactly the same way as it is presented in the Forum Home page.  Thank you - no need to reply
    I think I saw you in an ice cream parlour
    Drinking milk shakes, cold and long
    Smiling and waving and looking so fine

    I have a holiday booked with jet 2 leaving on 16th july 2020. I have paid the deposit of 420 and the balance is due on 2nd may 2020. Jet 2 are saying flights and holidays will resume on 17th june 2020. The FCO are advising no travel indefinately. Am i able to claim back my deposit now and cancel the holiday. Jet 2 site is saying if i cancel now i will lose the deposit. What is my best way forward.
    Unfortunately you are not in the right part of the forum for this query.

    Try posting on this board, which is for overseas travel and holidays....... there will be people there who can help.

    @MSE_Tine

    Are we ever going to have the easy to see who's online function again on posts (ie green circle for online, red for off)?   This used to be so useful.  I know you can find out in a convoluted fashion, but really, come on please!

    I haven’t even found the convoluted fashion!

    I miss that as well and I don't know how to work out if someone's online or not but we now have the option to hide our online status (or something like that) so I'm not sure how useful it would be.

    The closest I can come to it is to click on a poster's profile and it tells you when they were last active on the forum, so if it's within a minute or so of checking they may still be online.  Far from an exact science though  :/

    As did many things on the old forum before the completely 'not fit for purpose' upgrade. :#
  • I wonder if anyone can point me in the right direction re changing an Easyjet flight (2 passenger) to another flight and add another 2 passengers? Need to change Euro 2020 flights as it's cancelled. Thx.
