Welcome to the new Forum!

Welcome to the new MSE Forum!
After months of planning and hard graft for our teams – plus feedback from many of you – the day has finally arrived. I’d like to officially welcome you all to our new Forum!
I’m incredibly excited about this and hope you will join us in celebrating the launch of the new Forum, which I think looks fantastic. It will bring a load of new features for everyone, while hopefully retaining the MSE feel I know you all love and treasure.
Over the coming weeks we’ll be smoothing out any snagging issues and tweaking around the edges, but we need your help. If you spot anything that looks broken or not quite right, do let us know on the “New Forum Snagging” thread. Please read the first post before writing anything – it’ll explain how the thread works and make sure we don’t see lots of the same snags being flagged up to the team.
We have done this replatform to futureproof your Forum, so here’s to the next 15 years of the UK’s biggest MoneySaving community.
Marcus, Editor-in-Chief

dan958 said:'thanks' from the old forum does not match up with the new forum.
New profile shows: Thanks (old forum): 27
Whereas when I checked a cached version of my old profile, it shows: 616
EDIT: Not migrated the old smileys either as seen in my sig.
EDIT 2: Initial reaction is good, still finding my feet but thinking ill settle in nicely. Thanks MSE.0 -

Does anyone know how you sort the threads by start time?0

How stupid is this? I have been a long time forum member but now, because I don't have the e-mail address I originally used, I can't reset anything!I've had to start from scratch, ridiculous.2

Hi everyone. We've spotted the Thanks counts being incorrect (looks like it's picked up the Thanks you gave on the old Forum instead of Thanks received). So we've turned it off for now.
We've still got the data and will get this back on profiles as soon as we can.2
