The comp-liments (comp board thanks) are counted separately. I have a feeling this was intentional, as along with the removal of them from Discussion Time this means that thanks will be more focused on... core usefulness(?). But thought I should say, in case it's a bug.
This, however, brings me to my next (and probably final) point- lack of communication. Obviously a lot has changed. And some stuff will be fixed. But right now it's impossible to tell the difference because nobody official is talking! Board guides are giving some info, and as always I'm thankful for them, but we need some feedback to the feedback please, so we can know what's going on.
I'm thinking I might come back in a week and see if it's better then.

Please, please, please can nested quotes be disabled. For anyone using a phone it makes it impossible to see where the response is? Could someone kindly translate some of the terminology under the "Account Options", please?
Under "Notification Preferences", is a "wall" the same as a thread?
Under "Quote Settings", what is "quote folding" and a "quote tree"?
